We are MIETHKE, a globally active medium-sized medical technology company based in Potsdam. As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgical implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialised solutions for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid – with precision, innovation and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. Our particularly high level of vertical integration is a key factor in our success.
As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and gain real insights into operational processes! With us, you’ll take on responsibility right from the start and actively support the management of master data, orders, and logistics processes.
We’re looking for a dedicated individual who, with a structured approach, will support the production of medical devices as part of an open and friendly team, with the goal of improving the quality of life for hydrocephalus patients worldwide.

YOUR TASKS
- You will assist with orders, planning processes, and operational tasks in supply chain management.
- You will maintain and update master data in our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and help ensure high data quality.
- You will assist with monitoring inventory levels and delivery dates.
- You will prepare data for evaluations, analyses, and reports.
- You will gain insights into the management of goods flows, collaborate with various teams across departments, and help improve processes.
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled student, ideally in the fields of business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, logistics, or a comparable degree program
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; initial experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers, data, and digital systems
- Quick learner and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with a variety of contacts
- Good written and spoken German skillS
