Our particularly high level of vertical integration is a key success factor.

As a working student, you will support our HR team in personnel controlling and data-driven HR processes. You will work with figures, reports, and analyses, helping to make HR data visible and create a better understanding of interrelationships.

We are looking for a committed individual with analytical acumen, structured thinking, and an independent and meticulous approach to work.

And: diversity, appreciation and tolerance are part of our culture - we would be delighted if this also corresponds to your core values.

YOUR TASKS

• You will support us in personnel controlling and accompany HR processes, which you will evaluate on the basis of data.
• You will create reports, statistics, and (ad hoc) analyses and present them in a comprehensible manner.
• You will be responsible for maintaining our HR reporting system.
• You will participate in various HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE

•    Enrolled student in economics, finance, data science, data analytics, human resources management, business administration, or a comparable degree program

•    Very good knowledge of MS Excel
•    Interest in HR topics and data-driven decisions
•    Fluent German or English skills in oral communication

OUR OFFER

•    A working environment in an innovative, medium-sized company with over 250 employees and interesting and varied tasks
•    Trust-based working hours and a workplace where we can be ourselves
•    A part-time employment contract (20 hours per week)
•    An employment contract initially limited to 1 year
•    Sports activities and team events, as well as specialty coffees, tea, and water available at any time, and much more
