We are MIETHKE, a globally active, medium-sized medical technology company based in Potsdam. As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgical implants, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid - with precision, innovative strength and responsibility for our patients suffering from hydrocephalus. Our particularly high level of vertical integration is a key success factor.

As a working student, you will support our marketing team in all matters related to events and project work. You will assist with the planning, organization, and execution of a wide variety of events and contribute to a diverse range of campaigns. 
 
We’re looking for an open-minded person with a genuine passion for marketing, digital topics, and medical technology, as well as a love for teamwork. What matters most is your motivation and interest in marketing - we’ll be happy to teach you everything else you need to know.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will assist with the organization and execution of events, training sessions, and meetings with international guests.
  • You will handle organizational tasks related to both internal and external events.
  • You will prepare event documents, materials, and participant information.
  • You will assist with the planning and follow-up for events.
  • You will support our project managers with everything from project launches and branding campaigns to small, independent subprojects. 

YOUR PROFILE

  • A currently enrolled student, ideally in marketing or a related field
  • Enjoys organizing events and keeping track of multiple tasks at once
  • Structured, reliable, and self-motivated work style
  • Hands-on approach and enjoys working in a team
  • Excellent German language skills; English skills are a plus
