YOUR TASKS

You will manufacture our silicone products on time, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You will operate various manufacturing processes such as extrusion, cutting, injection molding, curing, post-processing, and labeling.
You will document production and process data in accordance with GDP requirements and perform dual-check procedures.
You will conduct in-process inspections and ensure that our high quality standards are met.
You will package finished products for subsequent process steps.
You will order consumables and assist with the maintenance of our technical equipment.

YOUR PROFILE

a completed technical vocational training
ideally, experience in plant operation and/or plant control.
prior experience in silicone processing is a plus, but not required.
manual dexterity and a strong technical understanding.
an independent, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.
a strong sense of responsibility, as well as a high standard of quality, cleanliness, and organization.
proficiency with MS Office and good written and spoken German.
