PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN – PROFESSIONAL CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR (F/M/D)

Our products are made in Potsdam. As part of the machining team, you will help to manufacture all the components required for the implants to the highest quality standards and with exceptional precision.

YOUR TASKS
- You will set up CNC machines in accordance with our specifications.
- You will oversee production orders on the set-up CNC machines, including the flow of parts and the associated measurement, inspection and documentation.
- You will ensure maximum machine uptime through active involvement in order to avoid or minimise downtime.
- You will treat surfaces using finishing processes.
- You will ensure the use of calibrated and approved measuring and testing equipment.
- You will change tools and clamping devices in accordance with our specifications or when they become worn.
YOUR PROFILE
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship as a machinist or equivalent qualification (e.g. industrial mechanic)
- Professional experience in the field of turning is desirable
- Experience in reading and understanding technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of commitment, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
