YOUR TASKS
- Together with two colleagues, you will be responsible for office management and general organizational tasks at our locations.
- You will represent our reception staff at our two main locations and manage our switchboard in German and English.
- You will be responsible for procuring, managing, and distributing materials to employees.
- You will manage, monitor, and coordinate external service providers and maintain the relevant documentation.
- You will provide commercial support in the application for funding and in the subsequent documentation and accounting.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial vocational training and at least initial professional experience in office management or a comparable field
- Stylish correspondence in German and English—both in personal contact and in written communication
- Flexibility and organizational skills with a keen sense for what is essential
- Enjoyment of representative tasks paired with a strong customer focus
- Proficiency in common office programs (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), especially spreadsheets and spreadsheet creation
