YOUR TASKS
- You will organize, coordinate, and oversee our employee development initiatives, particularly training sessions, seminars, coaching sessions, language courses, and internal and external onboarding programs.
- You will assist with the operational implementation of initiatives related to employee retention, employee development, and training and continuing education.
- You will independently handle and manage inquiries related to employee development, coordinating with internal and external contacts.
- You will create and maintain key performance indicators, analyze them, and derive quality-related measures.
- You will contribute to the planning and implementation of projects in the area of employee development.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least a completed business apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on human resources, as well as professional experience in the field of human resources development or a comparable environment
- Proficiency in using HR management software and standard MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Digital literacy and experience in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
- A structured and reliable work style with a good sense for pragmatic solutions
- An open and positive demeanor, strong communication skills, a service-oriented mindset, and healthy self-confidence
- A training instructor certification (AEVO) is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German and confident written and spoken English
