YOUR TASKS

  • You will independently and proactively support our domestic and international clients in an in-house role - from preparing quotes and processing orders to managing collections.
  • You will create and manage customs and trade documents and ensure that all relevant data and documents are continuously updated in our ERP system.
  • You will generate reports, analyze relevant key metrics, and thereby create transparency to support informed decision-making.
  • You will maintain close communication with our clients, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring a smooth flow of communication and information.
  • You will work closely with related departments and actively participate in cross-departmental projects.
  • You will identify opportunities for optimization in existing processes, contribute your own ideas for process improvement, and actively participate in their implementation.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, e.g., a business apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
  • Initial professional experience in customer relations, inside sales, or a comparable field, as well as knowledge of working with an ERP system
  • Knowledge of handling customs and trade documents is a plus
  • Interest in analyzing customer and market potential
  • An open, communicative personality who enjoys actively interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • An independent, structured, and responsible work style, along with a good sense of priorities and processes
  • Very good German and business-level English; any additional foreign languages are a plus
