As a technology leader in the field of neurosurgical implants for the treatment of hydrocephalus, we develop and manufacture highly specialized solutions for the drainage of cerebrospinal fluid—with precision, innovation, and responsibility for our patients.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will support our French sales staff and ensure close ties with the company.
  • You will handle international correspondence with customers in German, French, and English.
  • You will independently process customer orders, quotations, hospital tenders, returns, and complaints.
  • You will support the internal sales team, maintain customer data in ERP/CRM systems, and create evaluations.
  • You will work closely with neighboring departments and actively participate in cross-departmental projects.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on economics or similar
  • Initial professional experience in order processing and export
  • Knowledge of customs and export procedures desirable, as well as relevant experience with international shipping processes
  • Very good language skills in French and German, as well as good English skills
  • Confident use of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
  • Independent, structured way of working, coupled with customer focus, service mentality, commitment, and team spirit
