As part of our central management team, you will play a key role in further developing sustainable health and safety standards, as well as a safety and environmental culture that is understood and put into practice.

YOUR TASKS
- You ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental standards, and further develop these with a sense of proportion and an eye to operational requirements.
- You provide practical advice to managers and staff, carry out risk analyses and implement preventive measures.
- You develop and oversee management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, ensuring that these create genuine added value for the company.
- You analyse risks, incidents and key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement and support their implementation across the departments.
- You act as a liaison between managers, employees and regulatory authorities, and promote a sustainable safety and environmental culture.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a degree in engineering or natural sciences, or a technical apprenticeship, and hold the qualification of Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa).
- You have in-depth knowledge of health and safety and environmental law, as well as experience with management systems compliant with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in an industrial environment.
- You think entrepreneurially, identify interfaces and weigh up requirements pragmatically without losing sight of the essentials.
- Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and the ability to engage people with issues rather than merely managing them.
