YOUR TASKS

•    You will independently and proactively support our domestic and international customers in an in-house role - from preparing quotes and processing orders to managing accounts receivable.
•    You will maintain close communication with our customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure a smooth flow of communication and information. 
•    You will support our sales team, maintain customer data in ERP/CRM systems, and generate reports.
•    You will handle general administrative tasks and ensure the provision of relevant information and marketing materials.
•    You will prepare and manage customs and trade documents.
•    You will work closely with related departments and actively participate in cross-departmental projects.

YOUR PROFILE

•    A business degree in freight forwarding/logistics or a comparable qualification
•    Professional experience in internal sales or a similar environment, as well as knowledge of customs and trade documents and ERP systems
•    A strong customer- and service-oriented mindset, as well as a passion for communicating with internal and external stakeholders
•    A structured, self-reliant work style and a good sense of priorities and processes
•    Strong communication skills
•    The ability to keep a cool head at all times, tact, and a passion for successful communication
•    Business-level proficiency in German and English; any additional foreign languages are a plus
