As part of our central assistance team, you will take on organisational and coordinating tasks for management: you will manage day-to-day business, keep everything running smoothly, prioritise issues and ensure smooth processes with structure, reliability and a good overview.

YOUR TASKS
- Supporting the management and division heads in all administrative and organisational matters
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, with confident communication skills in German and English
- Structured coordination of appointments – including preparation and follow-up, minute-taking and filing of relevant documents
- Planning and organising business trips as well as independently processing and documenting various expense reports in coordination with the financial accounting department
- Professional office organisation, looking after guests and occasionally assisting at reception as required
- Maintaining documents and data as well as assisting with research and administrative projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification and, ideally, several years of experience in the field of assistance and/or secretarial work
- Independent and structured way of working, coupled with pragmatism and assertiveness
- Strong team orientation and a hands-on mentality – you enjoy working agilely and flexibly with others and lend a hand where support is needed
- Strong communication skills and a confident, empathetic and professional manner when dealing with a wide variety of people and situations
- Ability to set priorities and maintain an overview – very good self-management and time management skills
- Confident, experienced use of MS Office and digital work and communication tools
- Business fluent German and very good written and spoken English
